PayPal offers conversion rates that are competitive with those of other consumer services.

PayPal will always provide information on transactions that include a currency conversion. The currency conversion rate will be displayed each time you send a payment in a non-local currency.

As per our terms & conditions, Oakwood require a 50% deposit at time of booking. The balance will be due no later than two weeks before the tour date. Oakwood will provide you with a detailed invoice and a PayPal link to make payment. If you are not a registered PayPal user you will still be able to transact this way.

Customer Guarantee

For your protection and peace of mind, Oakwood hold all monies received in advance of a tour in a client deposit account. This money is held until successful completion of the tour. This means that in the unlikely event of a refund being due to you, Oakwood can guarantee your monies refunded within 7 working days.
